Book of Mormon Stories is a free reading app for the web and iOS. By using the app, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and plain — please read them.

Using the app

• The app is free to use. You may read, enjoy, and share it for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You agree to use the app lawfully and not to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its servers, or other users’ accounts.
• You’re responsible for keeping your account secure if you choose to sign in.

Your account

Signing in is optional — the reader works fully signed out. If you sign in with Google to sync your progress across devices, you’re responsible for the activity on your account. You can stop using the app at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data by getting in touch.

Content and ownership

The stories, artwork, and design in the app are provided for your personal reading. Except where noted, the app and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content for commercial purposes.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. In short: your email, first name, and in-app reading activity — nothing more.

The app is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep the app running well, but it’s provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Because the app is free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
